The University of Lincoln has been a major resource for Leadership and Management education and engaged research for more than twenty years.

Our primary aim is to enhance the Leadership and Management capabilities that drive the business performance and profitability of Lincolnshire’s businesses in order to stimulate economic growth and competitiveness.
